I have always believed that there is always a reason to celebrate each day of our lives. Say, a loved ones’ birthday (for my mom’s post birthday celeb), and/or an accomplished task at hand (a little celeb for me for completing a project), or simply because we all deserve to have a break every once in a while.
Searched for a place where my family and I could find peace and relaxation for a day. Vista Tala was it.
Even if we only stayed for a day tour, I made sure to book for it a week earlier. The guard at the entrance asked for our reservation and I was able to give a hard copy of the booking confirmation thus, hassle free. Though, I was still asked to go to the info center to pay for the remaining balance and claim some stubs.
For inquiries or bookings, you may email Rissadel Mendoza at [email protected] (She replies at a reasonable time. Thumbs up!)
The proximity from the information center to the amenity area is only about 5min walk but a driver will transport you there. Sweet!
The resort is quite small in scale, but was an advantage in achieving a more chill vibes.
Vista Tala is a mountain resort, and I loved how they took advantage of the scenery by having infinity pools and viewing deck.
There were about 3-5 families trying to have fun and relax in the area when we arrived, which if you will think at first, the place might be crowded and loud. But to my surprise, the calmness of the place prevailed.
And… had no trouble taking some ootd pictures! Lol
You do know that chilling goes hand in hand with eating, right? Good thing their food tasted yummy, because the serving time was longer than expected.
We ordered fish fillet tempura, yang chow, vegetable teppanyaki (very yummy!), grilled bangus (didn’t seem to be grilled), and scoops of vanilla and choco ice creams with caramel syrup. Mm-hmm!
Then what do we do when we’re already bloated? We swim. The right way to float and lose calories at the same time. Lol jk.
It was a very fine day. No better description for rest and relaxation.
Thank you, Vista Tala!
